You are eligible for Adult EFNEP if you are:

  • A limited-income family with children.
  • Pregnant
  • A parent or grandparent raising children from ages 0 through 18.

Benefits of EFNEP for limited income families:

  • Make and taste quick-to-fix low cost recipes.
  • Get idea for stretching your food dollars so they last the whole month.
  • Receive ideas for feeding families.
  • If attend all 5 classes you will receive a graduation certificate and small kitchen items.

EFNEP offers information in the following areas:

  • Vegetables
  • Fruits
  • Milk, Cheese & yogurt
  • Meat, Beans, Eggs and Poultry

  • Snacks and Breakfast

Adult EFNEP classes are held at the Missoula Extension office, WIC, U of M, Young Families, Joseph�s Residence or places that serve limited-income families.
