Greenough Weed Management Group is a cooperative effort between public and private landowners, that has been actively working on the issue of noxious weeds for years. They work closely with the Blackfoot Challenge, Woodworth and Potomac Weed Groups. They have actively pursued funding for weed projects in the past and have recieved several Montana Noxious Weed Trust Fund Grants. The Blackfoot Challenge is a nationally recognized non-profit dedicated to the natural resources and rural way of life in the Blackfoot Watershed. Noxious weeds are one of the many issues that the Blackfoot Challenge addresses. This group prides itself on maintaining an open door policy for all landowners (public and private) in the Blackfoot River Drainage and has forged relationships with many other landowner groups in this area.
