Need help with noxious weed control on your property?

The Missoula County Weed District is here to help! The County Landowner Grant Program is a cost-share program designed to assist you in noxious weed control on your property. You can receive reimbursement to help cover the costs of herbicide application and revegetation.

How does the County Landowner Grant Program work?

The grant program is a cost-share program meaning that the weed district will refund 50% of the costs of a project up to $500 per individual or $1,000 per organized group. The applicant is responsible for paying the costs up front and will be reimbursed after the project is completed. You must own property in Missoula County to be eligible for this grant program.

How do I get started?
