Confidence in the Kitchen Series presents:

Improving your Knife Skills and Kitchen Confidence with guest chef, Bert Gahagan
Honeyberry Kitchen, GW Marks Exploration Center

Chef Bert is the Director of Missoula College's Big Sky Culinary Institute. He was the Executive Chef at 1889 Missoula, a cook at Burns St. Bistro, and an Executive chef at The White Buffalo Club in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. He received his training at the California Culinary Academy in 2003-04. Chef Bert was raised in Montana and graduated from Hellgate High School.

This series will take place in the Honeyberry Kitchen at the GW Marks Exploration Center. Confidence in the Kitchen Series is designed for all ages and levels of expertise. It will provide hands-on experience in a supportive educational environment for those who love to cook and those who cook, to eat well.

Class is limited to 25 so register early!
