Lolo Community Council deals with multiple issues in the Lolo area. Members of this group were instrumental in getting weeds and weed control up for discussion. The group still includes land management in their agendas. This group meets the second Tuesday of every month at the Lolo Community Center. For more information contact the chair of the council Sue Hadnot (406) 273-6979. You can also click here for more information.

Lolo Watershed Group is a citizens group that is primarily involved in protecting the Lolo watershed and aquifer. Since weeds pose and unhealthy threat to waterways in the area, the group also includes weeds and land management in their education programs.  For more information visit their website here or contact Wendy Sturgis at (406) 273-2446.
