 oenixes Rising\, Missoula Iris Society\, 5 Valleys Gladiola & Dahlia Socie
 ty\, University of Montana Natural Areas\, Missoula Garden Club.\n\nMore I
 nfo: \n\nThis year's theme is 'Gardens of the Garden City'\, celebrating M
 issoula's horticultural past\, present\, and future. Our staff and partner
 s will provide you with information about local public gardens\, and how t
 o make your own garden thrive!\n\nWHY PHLOX FEST \nRocky Mountain Gardens 
 logo is adorned with the Missoula Phlox (Phlox missoulensis)\, a species o
 f concern that has only been found within Missoula County. We chose this u
 nassuming flower for its special link to Missoula\, and as a reminder of t
 he importance of native plant conservation. \n\nMissoula Phlox typically f
 lowers from mid-April till June. You can visit several of these plants in 
 our Montana Crevice Garden where they will be blooming for the festivities
 !
