Join us on February 15th at 6pm for our February Cultivate to Cook Class to learn why Chocolate Mole is the "Holy Grail Sauce" of Mexico. This recipe is a great one if you’re looking to experience mole making without spending all day cooking for a crowd. You can follow tradition or you can serve this mole on grilled or roasted chicken or vegetables, with roasted or braised pork loin, with grilled swordfish or, following along another traditional path, as the sauce for enchiladas. Tasting and recipes always included.

MSU FCS Extension Agent Kelly Moore & Deidad Wright will be doing the cooking.
