Using tomatoes grown in the Rocky Mountain Gardens, Kelly Moore, MSU Family & Consumer Sciences Agent, will guide you through the process of safely canning using a waterbath system.

From Garden to Classroom
The tomatoes for this workshop were grown in the Rocky Mountain Gardens Trial Garden area. This is the second year of our tomato trials, and we continue to find new and exciting varieties that are well suited to our short growing season!
