Join us in the Trial Gardens to plant this season's crop of Dahlias!
The majority of tubers were harvested last fall and overwintered in our barn. But we have a few new varieties that our Dahlia Llama, Amy Zanzig, selected to enhance our collection!
Come to learn how to plant, and leave having learned much more!

Our volunteers experience a hands-on educational opportunity in this beautiful public space. Work alongside our expert staff, and familiarize yourself with the vast variety of plantings the gardens have to offer.
Volunteering in the gardens is available to people of all experience levels and abilities. We also encourage children to participate, so long as a caretaker is available to guide them!
