PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Grasses play a crucial role in our local ecosystems. But telling one from the other can be a difficult task! Join Mark Majerus for an evening of discussing native plants, how to identify them, and why we should appreciate them.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Mark is a highly experienced grasslands botanist and author of "Forage and Reclamation Grasses of the Northern Great Plains and Rocky Mountains". He has led countless events helping the public with grass identification and seed collection.
