ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR, DAVID LAU
I've been involved in organic, small scale vegetable production for 15 some odd years, 13 of those in the Missoula/Bitterroot valleys. While in the Environmental Studies graduate program at the University of Montana 10 years ago I stumbled into the world of seeds and have been hooked ever since. After some years saving seeds in the garden and learning all that I could, I began growing vegetable and flower seed for the Snake River Seeds Cooperative and don't plan on stopping anytime soon.
David Lau is a grower, owner, and former board member of the Snake River Seeds Cooperative.
