The Weed District has created quick reference fact sheets for our state and county-listed noxious weeds linked below, Weed ID. For other weed identification, you can visit our plant clinic downstairs of our facility (fairgrounds side) or submit a photo that includes key diagnostic characteristics.

The Department of Ecology can help obtain matching grant funds for noxious weed treatments through the Montana Department of Agriculture's Noxious Weed Trust Fund grants. These grants require multiple landowners to work together to improve the vegetation on their properties using approved Integrated weed management practices. Check in with Layne for other funding and partnering grant opportunities. email Layne 406-258-3434
