You’ll also learn how to successfully grow fresh, flavorful cilantro, including tips for succession planting and preventing early bolting.
Then we’ll head to the kitchen with Kelly Moore, MSU Extension Agent, to transform these ingredients into Curried Potato Cakes served with a vibrant, Spicy Cilantro Chutney. You’ll explore warming spices, learn how to build texture and structure in potato cakes, and create a bright herbal chutney that brings the dish to life.
