Join us for an evening of culinary creation with Chef Bert Gahagan, director of the Big Sky Culinary Institute.
Chef Bert will assemble a Late-Summer Harvest Salad, utilizing local melons, peaches, tomatoes and herbs, topped with burrata. Tasty, refreshing, and pretty!
Chef Bert will also discuss general knife skiIls and sharpening techniques.
Class will be held in the Honeyberry Culinary Classroom on the second floor of the G.W. Marks Exploration Center.
