DIY Pizza Party

CLASS DESCRIPTION

Andy Brown is the king of pizza parties. Join him to make pizzas to suit every palette! Sourdough, Romano (thick crust), Tavern Style (thin crust), and Bar Pie (thin crust, but different!).

"I want to show people how easy it is to make wildly different pizzas by making a few small adjustments." -Andy Brown

BONUS: We'll be making and using fresh tomato sauce from tomatoes grown in the Rocky Mountain Gardens.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Guest Chef Andy Brown has been baking, both professionally and at home, for decades. Raised in the mountains surrounding Livingston, Andy moved to Missoula to attend university and study art. Graduating with a BFA left him qualified for the food service industry. Fortunately he chose the path of a baker. Currently he loves nothing more than spoiling his two wild children, neighbors, and friends with a constant, wide assortment of baked goods.
