Discover the flavors and traditions of Korean cuisine in this hands-on kimchi-making class with Hana Lee, founder of Missoula-based Let's Get Korean!

You'll learn an approachable method for making traditional napa cabbage kimchi from scratch. Along the way, Hana will share insights into Korean food and culture, and you'll get to sample fresh kimchi, known as geotjeori (겉절이), to experience the difference between freshly prepared kimchi and its fermented counterpart.

Everyone will take home a 16-ounce jar of homemade kimchi to enjoy!
