Bagels! What more to say. Andy will introduce you to a basic bagel dough, and show you how to add other ingredients for pizazz! (e.g. how to properly 'everything' some of them)
Just bagels from start to finish.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Guest Chef Andy Brown has been baking, both professionally and at home, for decades. Raised in the mountains surrounding Livingston, Andy moved to Missoula to attend university and study art. Graduating with a BFA left him qualified for the food service industry. Fortunately he chose the path of a baker. Currently he loves nothing more than spoiling his two wild children, neighbors, and friends with a constant, wide assortment of baked goods.
